Recap: 3rd LOTI Pencil Sharpening

The 3rd Sharpening at Lake of the Isles Pencil was well-attended despite the rain. As the Pencil is a “living” installation, it is sharpened annually with fanfare. Thanks to the event runners for inviting East Isles Neighborhood Assn to participate—president Mike Erlandson gave a proclamation declaring LOTI 'Lake of the Pencil' for the day:
