Act Now: Mall Park Plan Forging Ahead

BET

Last week the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB) voted against a resolution to restore the Mall Park after upcoming sewer work, removing valuable parking and street access along our largest renter corridor, despite a 781-signature petition asking to keep the current parking and roads in place. Learn more about EINA's stance and work on the issue by reading president Mike Erlandson's Hill & Lake Press article.

We encourage residents to act now by reaching out to the MPRB Commissioners who voted against this resolution and make your voices heard. Feel free use EINA's response letter as an example for messaging/format:

EINA appreciates Comm. Shaffer's leadership on this issue as the author of the amendment to preserve The Mall Park as is.
