East Isles NRP Plan Modification Proposed

The East Isles Neighborhood Board of Directors will modify their Phase II NRP Plan at their Jan. 2025 meeting. The modification is taking place to address critical financial needs and long-term goals of the association. The funds being allocated were income the association had earned on a previous affordable housing loan. The resolution that will be voted on in January:

The EINA Board approves the reallocation of $20,000 of NRP Program Income funds from the Phase II Affordable Housing Loan Program strategy to the Phase II Staff and Administrative Support strategy.
