Update on Mall Park Proposal

At the February board meeting, our district's Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB) Comm. Elizabeth Shaffer and MPRB Pres. Meg Forney were present to address concerns from a large group of neighbors about proposed changes to the Mall Park. East Isles Neighborhood Association has taken a position against these changes. As MPRB continues to review the project, residents are welcome to attend MPRB board meetings to share their opinions. They take open comments near the start of the meeting, those looking to comment can sign up as early as 3 PM.
