April's walk will focus on Uptown to support and supplement the new Uptown Community Ambassadors walking groups. Meet 10am at Levin Triangle Park and we'll walk on 28th St to Hennepin, south to Lake St, west to East Bde Maka Ska Dr, back east to Hennepin on the other side of Lake St, and then back north to 28th St on the other side of Hennepin. Calling all walkers! East Isles Safety Walking Club is a an excellent opportunity to get outside, meet neighbors, pick up litter and contribute to community spirit. On each walk we provide additional MPD tips, connect with local businesses and allow time for neighbor Q&A. So grab your orange shirt or pick up a new one, and join us in making our community safer!
